I will provide guidance to develop techniques that allows you to achieve your desired outcomes and make positive changes. I am passionate about utilizing different therapeutic approaches such as Dialectical Behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution focused, and trauma focused. I have experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQIA+ individuals, gender/ body dysmorphia, and ADHD. When working with me you will also get the extra support from my emotional support animal Sammie. He is one special guy, who has three legs and knows what it’s like to need a little extra support. We work together as a team to bring a calming environment for anyone embarking In their therapeutic journey.
